The Hermle Z216-M and Z216-MK centrifuge rotor collection includes a wide range of rotor options designed to expand the flexibility of the Z216 high-speed microcentrifuge platform. Hermle offers nine rotor configurations for the Z216 series, allowing laboratories to select a rotor based on tube format, sample capacity and application.

Available options include rotors for 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes, PCR strips, spin column kits, 5 mL centrifuge tubes and hematocrit capillaries, along with a combination rotor that accommodates both microtubes and PCR strips. Hermle also offers high-capacity configurations, including a 44-place microtube rotor for laboratories that need greater sample throughput.

The Z216-M and refrigerated Z216-MK share most rotor options, making it easier for laboratories to configure the centrifuge around different workflows. Certain rotors, including the Z216-24HEM hematocrit rotor and Z216-1220H swing-out rotor, are specified for the Z216-M only.
